About The Position

We are looking for an In-House Marketing Coordinator to join our West Region team based out of our Newport Coast Villas location in Newport Beach, CA. We make vacation dreams come true for travelers around the world in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment. As an In-House Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Requirements

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Nice To Haves

• Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make telemarketing calls to Owners.
• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
