We’re looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee day-to-day marketing operations across multiple client accounts. This role is primarily focused on ensuring the health and performance of Meta Ads campaigns, maintaining CRM accuracy, supporting client communication, and coordinating campaign execution across channels. You’ll act as the operational backbone of the ads team—making sure campaigns are running smoothly, data is clean and up to date, clients are informed, and performance is continuously monitored and improved.

Requirements

  • Experience working with digital marketing campaigns, preferably Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital funnels
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Meta Ads campaign management or support roles
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Understanding of tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTMs)
  • Basic understanding of funnel strategy and performance marketing
  • Experience improving lead quality, not just volume
  • Strong operational mindset (processes, workflows, SOPs)
  • Ability to spot inefficiencies and improve systems
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-client environments
  • Strong ownership mentality (you treat accounts like they’re your own)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily health and performance of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor key metrics and identify issues, opportunities, and optimization needs
  • Support campaign setup, structure, and ongoing optimization
  • Work closely with performance specialists to ensure campaigns are properly executed
  • Ensure campaigns follow best practices across targeting, budgeting, and tracking
  • Flag underperforming campaigns and coordinate improvements
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead data
  • Ensure proper tracking of leads, conversions, and campaign attribution
  • Clean and organize data to support reporting and decision-making
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in CRM data and resolve them proactively
  • Act as a point of contact for client updates and operational communication
  • Provide clear updates on campaign status, performance, and next steps
  • Support onboarding of new clients and setup of systems/workflows
  • Ensure clients are aligned with timelines, expectations, and deliverables
  • Escalate issues when needed and coordinate internal solutions
  • Coordinate campaign launches, updates, and ongoing optimizations
  • Track deliverables and ensure campaigns are executed on time
  • Support testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, messaging, etc.)
  • Help maintain consistency across multiple client accounts
  • Track campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, leads, conversions, etc.)
  • Compile performance summaries and insights for internal and client use
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
  • Support reporting processes
