About The Position

Kane's Furniture is looking for a full-stack Digital Marketing & Brand Manager who can balance creativity with performance. This role is responsible for both building the brand and driving measurable results across digital channels. The individual will work closely with Marketing Leadership to execute content, manage paid media, and track performance across platforms. This role requires comfort with on-camera presence, managing ad campaigns, and analyzing data in dashboards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta + Google Ads required)
  • Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign execution
  • Strong content creation skills (video + design)
  • Comfortable being on camera and representing a brand
  • Ability to manage budgets and clearly communicate performance

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, eCommerce, or home/lifestyle brand experience
  • Experience with TikTok Ads
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows

Responsibilities

  • Script, film, and appear in short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Create 2–3 weekly email campaigns focused on lifestyle, inspiration, and brand storytelling
  • Design social posts and carousels using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe
  • Maintain a consistent, modern, and engaging brand voice across all channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Build and manage retargeting strategies and audience segmentation
  • Oversee pixel implementation, event tracking, and conversion attribution
  • Continuously test creative, audiences, and offers to improve performance (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when applicable
  • Track and manage marketing spend across channels in partnership with leadership
  • Build weekly snapshots and monthly reports showing performance and business impact
  • Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads to analyze traffic, conversions, and trends
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Work with IT to ensure proper tracking setup (pixels, events, attribution)
  • Partner with merchandising to align campaigns with inventory and promotions
  • Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles and YouTube channel presence
  • Use AI tools to support content ideation, editing, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure all brand and product representation remains accurate and human-verified
