This person will work closely across the marketing team and larger organization with the goal of continuing to increase our digital footprint and launch digital marketing campaigns with the goal of driving revenue. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate environment preferred.
  • Reliable self-starter who can initiate and keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
  • Problem-solver who uses critical thinking skills to prioritize and effectively deal with high-pressure situations.
  • Team player: Collaboration with a positive attitude, eager to learn and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Ability to self-manage workflow and provide ongoing status updates with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized.
  • Excellent computer skills and strong skillset in Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ideal candidate is a dynamic and tech-savvy marketing communicator.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior search experience is an asset, and or HubSpot and Salesforce experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Join the Greystone Marketing team with the goal of supporting execution across distribution channels, supporting:
  • Email: in partnership with our vendor, support build of emails, workflows, testing, and reporting.
  • Social: partner with our creative team on the creation of social assets, execute the LinkedIn content calendar, conduct external competitor research, collaborate with the legal team for approval on all assets.
  • Website: support management of CMS, updating of content, reporting and analysis.
  • Search: focus on execution across organic and paid search.
  • Responsible for flawless execution of campaigns to meet deadlines and milestones to provide timely updates on overall status.
  • Document campaign and processes, identify efficiency improvements of campaign production, and roll-out initiatives to streamline email marketing.
  • Manage budget expenses.
  • Reconcile, and manage budget tracker, reporting to keep projects within approved scope.
