This role implements approved website content, promotions, and campaigns, monitors website presentation and user journeys, and implements SEO/AEO requirements. It also supports campaign tracking, optimizes paid-search and paid-social campaigns, and produces advanced, brand-compliant creative work using Adobe Creative Cloud. Responsibilities include preparing master artwork, retouching imagery, editing video, producing assets for various hotel departments and projects, maintaining a project tracker, and ensuring digital and creative execution meets Fairmont and Accor luxury standards. The specialist translates commercial briefs into visual hierarchy and strong calls to action, verifies supplied information, and flags issues promptly while protecting source files.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advanced graphic design, supported by a professional portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with video capability in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce luxury, hospitality, travel or premium-brand creative work.
  • Practical website content-management experience and a sound understanding of responsive design and user journeys.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, metadata optimization, analytics and conversion reporting.
  • Experience setting up, monitoring and optimizing paid search and/or paid social campaigns.
  • Strong typography, layout, color, image-retouching, print-production and digital-production skills.
  • Excellent English, proofreading, project-management, prioritization and version-control skills.

  • A relevant qualification in digital marketing, graphic design, visual communication or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement approved website content, packages, promotions, campaign pages, links and calls to action accurately across both property websites.
  • Monitor website presentation, user journeys, outdated content, broken links, booking engine clicks and available conversion actions across desktop and mobile.
  • Implement approved SEO and AEO requirements, including page structure, metadata, headings, internal links and structured content.
  • Support campaign tracking through UTM parameters, campaign codes and agreed analytics, recommending practical website and conversion improvements.
  • Set up, monitor and optimize approved paid-search and paid-social campaigns within agreed objectives, audiences, budgets and brand requirements.
  • Produce advanced, brand-compliant creative work in Adobe Creative Cloud, including presentations, brochures, factsheets, maps, itineraries, packages and trade collateral.
  • Prepare technically correct master artwork, editable files, print-ready and digital-ready outputs, and channel adaptations with disciplined version control.
  • Professionally retouch and optimize approved imagery and edit professional short-form and campaign video using appropriate Adobe applications.
  • Produce assets supporting leisure, corporate, MICE, food and beverage, events, incentive travel and the approved 2027 priority projects.
  • Work only from approved briefs, copy, imagery and footage, and submit completed output for brand-compliance review before publication.
  • Maintain a live project tracker covering priorities, briefs, deadlines, approvals, status, completed work and constraints.
  • Deliver technically advanced digital and creative execution that reflects Fairmont and Accor luxury standards.
  • Translate approved commercial briefs into clear visual hierarchy, strong calls to action and channel-appropriate formats.
  • Verify supplied rates, dates, inclusions, exclusions and booking terms before final production.
  • Flag missing copy, assets, pricing, approvals, data or technical access promptly and provide realistic delivery timelines.
  • Protect original source files, maintain working versions and return completed assets for approval and central storage.
