About The Position

The corporate marketing team is looking for a motivated digital marketing professional ready to take the next step in their career. You will share responsibility for our entire digital platform, which includes several websites, numerous email marketing campaigns, and our social media profiles, working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and our agency partners. You will track, analyze, and report on digital performance, including paid media, to inform strategy and optimize results. Working side by side with our communications function and building relationships with our originators, you will bring a digital lens to shared work and help cover for one another so campaigns keep moving. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for marketing and a desire to keep growing and learning. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and adapt to shifting priorities. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress is a plus.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, including email, social, or web
  • A desire to grow a marketing career, with the versatility to learn new skills and cover more than one function
  • Working knowledge of analytics and reporting, including turning performance data into clear takeaways
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams, including building relationships with originators
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day digital marketing activity across email, social, and website in support of the digital strategy
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, and maintain a consistent cadence across the firm’s email programs
  • Manage the social media content calendar and publish content across the firm’s profiles
  • Maintain and continually improve the accuracy, brand consistency, and effectiveness of content across the firm’s websites, strengthening navigation, usability, and conversion paths to better serve visitors and support lead generation
  • Coordinate with agency partners on day-to-day deliverables, timelines, and quality, escalating issues to the Digital Marketing Manager as needed
  • Monitor lead routing from website form submissions to confirm timely, accurate handoff, and flag any breakdowns
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns, including website, email, social, and agency-run paid media
  • Build and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards for the marketing team and business partners
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that inform strategy and optimize results
  • Support testing and optimization efforts to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion
  • Monitor website and campaign performance for issues and opportunities
  • Partner closely with the communications function, sharing context and supporting each other’s work so email, social, and web content stay aligned
  • Provide backup coverage for communications deliverables as needed, and serve as the go-to resource on digital tools and systems
  • Share performance insights with the communications function to inform content and messaging decisions
  • Build relationships with originators to understand their needs and support them with digital content and campaigns
  • Submit and track IT requests and project work on behalf of the digital team
  • Monitor competitor and industry digital activity and share findings with the team
