About The Position

Eaton’s Electronics division is currently seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Enablement Specialist to join its team. This position is located in Pleasanton, CA. This exciting opportunity provides the ability to combine digital marketing expertise with AI tools to support revenue growth and improve commercial execution for Eaton Electronics. It enables direct impact on marketing content creation, campaign effectiveness, and sales pipeline support. The expected annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $103,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 CoPilot & AI tools
  • Working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce CRM, opportunity workflows, account planning & commercial reporting processes
  • Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of either Pleasanton, CA. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business, product, customer, or market needs into structured content workflows, reusable prompts, practical AI-enabled tools, and scalable enablement processes.
  • Understanding of B2B sales enablement, digital marketing, business development, pricing support, FAE support, competitive analysis, and product management workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Eaton Electronics revenue growth by improving how product, application, customer, market, and competitive information is transformed into customer-facing digital marketing, sales enablement, and business development outputs.
  • Combines technical marketing capability with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, approved Power Platform capabilities, Salesforce-enabled workflows, and other Eaton-approved AI tools.
  • Applies and personalizes standard enterprise tools for the Eaton Electronics business, customers, products, and go-to-market strategy, while complementing corporate IT standards and governance.
  • Achieves faster creation of technical marketing content, improved digital discoverability, more effective regional campaigns, better account and opportunity targeting, and measurable support for sales pipeline growth and commercial execution.
