About The Position

Align AI Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketer Intern to support content creation, social media management, event promotion, and general brand initiatives as the company expands within the NWA business and AI ecosystem. This internship is part of the Apprenticely Internship Program, a three-month initiative designed to provide hands-on experience in IT-related roles under the mentorship of industry professionals. The program serves as a pathway to an IT career, with potential for full-time employment based on employer needs.

Requirements

• Current Arkansas state resident.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week for the three-month internship.
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
• High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting an IT career.
• Technical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know.

• Content writing and social media skills.
• Experience with Canva or basic design tools.
• Experience with event/community promotion.
• Email/newsletter support experience.
• Interest in startups, AI, and local business.
