About The Position

The Digital Manufacturing Manager (Digital Automation, MES, Digital Twin) specializes in enhancing product development and manufacturing processes. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. As a Manager, the individual will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. They are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards, motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. Responsibilities include coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The role is part of the Operations Consulting team, specializing within the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, providing guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. The position requires leading with integrity and authenticity, embracing technology and innovation, and encouraging skill development outside comfort zones.

Requirements
