About The Position

As a Digital Manufacturing Consultant (MES, Digital Automation, Digital Twin) Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to transform their manufacturing operations through digital solutions. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and deliver impactful solutions that enhance product development and manufacturing processes. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive efficiency and innovation. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them navigate complex situations and grow their personal brand. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions, even when the path forward is not clear. You will use your skills to interpret data, inform insights, and uphold professional standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your problem-solving abilities and expand your technical knowledge. Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
