About The Position

The Digital Label Press Operator I will work in a commercial printing company and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials. This role will communicate with the press Lead to ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of digital printing experience as an operator
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report any issues to the press Lead
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and address equipment issues
  • Attention to detail to ensure that printed materials meet quality standards
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate digital printing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the equipment
  • Ensure that printed materials meet quality standards
  • Communicate with the press Lead regarding machine status and maintenance needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work with team members to ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures
  • Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality
  • Other duties as assigned
