Role Overview The Digital Growth Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple online channels. This person will elevate our e-commerce strategy, harnessing analytics and CRM tools to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

  • Based in Florida, USA.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
  • 7+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing or e-commerce digital marketing roles.
  • Experience in wellness, supplement, or functional beverage industries.
  • Proven solo builder of Klaviyo flows, driving ROI + social channels with strong growth through creative strategies.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, CRM, email/lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Strong automation experience (n8n, Zapier, Make, AI tools)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Email and SMS automation flows within platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Yotpo, including meticulous segmentation, list hygiene, and compliance adherence (e.g., TCPA/CAN-SPAM), and distinct strategies for B2B outreach and DTC customer retention.
  • Lead the comprehensive Social Media strategy and execution, encompassing content planning, daily posting, active community management, basic content creation, and coordination of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Own the Digital Analytics and Reporting function, creating and maintaining performance dashboards, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering high-value monthly insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Execute timely Shopify updates and ensure Product Detail Page accuracy for all multi-brand assets, managing the digital execution of product launches through efficient use of established templates and creative briefs.
  • Manage the creation and updating of essential Distributor Assets and Distributor Menus, utilizing a streamlined process of batch templating for easy content production and efficient hand-off to the sales team.
