About The Position
Intelligent Pensions is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a finance apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to work across various business areas, develop system expertise, and gain valuable client interaction experience. The apprenticeship provides comprehensive support from a dedicated QA skills coach and a workplace mentor to ensure success in the role and in achieving a nationally recognized qualification.

Responsibilities
- Become a system expert on Inteliflow, maintaining client records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to and escalating queries.
- Implement investment transactions on various systems, including Nucleus.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Package for daily tasks.
- Prepare for annual review meetings by working with Dynamic Planner links and creating presentations and supporting documents.
- Distribute emails to team members using Outlook.
- Handle ad-hoc client requests such as POA filing, expression of wish, and updating contact details on Inteliflow.
- Liaise with various providers.
