About The Position

Responsible for the operations of Digital Experience and related systems. This role involves analyzing and evaluating user problems, and assisting with all release and upgrade related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with other department supervisors.
  • Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
  • Technical experience with enterprise systems, databases, and user support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records.
  • Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference given for post-secondary degree in computer science/computer information systems, or related field or a combination of related experience and education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for users requiring assistance with data mining, report generation and data analysis from a variety of data sources including Idaho Central Credit Union’s: eBranch, remote deposit capture and online account opening solutions, Online and branch account opening solutions for Deposit and Consumer Loan products, and Video banking and digital communication channels.
  • Effectively and quickly report day-to-day system issues by working with Idaho Central Credit Union team members and 3rd party partners.
  • Assist with user role creation, system configuration and maintenance activity of Digital Experience systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring industry security best practices are followed in Digital Experience systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system diagrams and documentation to ensure seamless operations and effective communication within the team.
  • Digital Experience system roles and user audit oversight.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
