Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on search, websites, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
  • Translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations.
  • Help clients make confident digital decisions.
  • Conduct digital assessments, audits, and opportunity analyses.
  • Develop practical roadmaps that improve discoverability, customer experience, and lead generation.
  • Present recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
  • Jump into the work when needed to troubleshoot issues, validate strategy, or help move projects forward.
  • Balance strategic thinking with a willingness to be hands-on when clients or the team need it.
  • Stay current on search, AI, and marketing technology.
  • Share new thinking with clients and internal teams.
