About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Digital Experience Developer to build and maintain enterprise digital experiences using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. The work spans backend C#/.NET development, front-end development, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades, with emphasis on modern composable patterns and migration from legacy implementations. The ideal candidate has delivered meaningful Sitecore work in production, understands both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem, and balances technical depth with editor and marketer needs. The position is 100% remote within the United States, full-time, and direct W2, with an annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000.

Requirements

At least 5 years of Sitecore development experience.
Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.
Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.

Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
