About The Position

Tailored Label Products is seeking an experienced Digital Equipment Operator with a strong background in printing and die cutting. This full-time role requires flexibility to train from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a transition to a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. schedule. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and efficiency.

The operator runs digital production equipment and performs printing, die cutting, inspection, and related production tasks. The role also includes recording job data, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting teammates and new employees.

Requirements

• Prior experience in printing and die cutting is required.
• Ability to train on first or second shift and commit to working third shift long-term.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience; six or more months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital production equipment, including printers, cutters, and doming machines.
• Perform precise die cutting and printing according to job specifications.
• Inspect materials and prints for imperfections.
• Carry out production tasks such as inspection, picking, peeling, assembly, and packaging.
• Accurately record job data for production traceability.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain production flow and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 6S and safety practices.
• Support teammates and assist with training new employees as needed.
