The Digital Enterprise (DE) Change Management Engineer will provide support to existing Programs with a focus on enhancing existing processes. This includes both managing and working on initiatives to further develop and enhance Electric Boats capability to deliver change information internally to all downstream consumers as well as externally to SUPSHIP and NAVSEA. The Change Management Engineer would support: Assist working on initiatives brought from across the business to enhance the Change development and delivery process. Drive efficiency into the Design Disclosure and Change value stream by developing and tracking tool updates/testing, processes/procedures and training. Assisting with identifying areas of improvement by evaluating Metrics for Change Task progress and ITCR development. Drive efficiency into Design Disclosure and Change value stream based on assessments of procedure comments, production support tickets, continuous process improvement database, and requested process changes from various areas of the business. Communicate and provide training when applicable to updated processes and software changes. Supporting & coordinating business case development for new Change Digital Enterprise tasking improvements. Provide recommendations and insight to future program Change development and processes based on lessons learned from previous Programs and implemented improvements. Investigate and test upcoming software and/or process changes related to upgrading software systems. Including providing recommendations based on investigations to various areas of the business.
