About The Position

As a Digital Engineering Consultant (PLM Implementation) Senior Associate, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. In this role, you will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. Requirements
