Seco is a global leader in metal cutting solutions. This role, the Digital Engagement Specialist - Americas, is responsible for increasing customer engagement with and adoption of Seco's digital solutions and promoting its eCommerce platforms. The focus is on fostering eCommerce growth by identifying effective solutions for existing customers and attracting/managing new customers digitally. This involves close collaboration with local sales, customer service, sales operations, and marketing teams, as well as interaction with global IT & OI. The specialist acts as a business expert in digital solutions project teams, representing the voice of both internal and external users, and driving digital offerings from a sales and marketing perspective with a focus on growth.
