About The Position

The Digital Engagement Solutions Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end sales, marketing and member engagement digital campaigns, coordinating and supporting campaign implementation, including emails, cloud pages, and marketing content. The incumbent will create, edit, and manage subscriber data, assist in segmentation with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Support team, test campaigns for proper function and rendering and own campaign performance reporting. The incumbent will work extensively in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and alongside the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Support team and stakeholders to optimize and deliver scalable, dynamic digital communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience in one of these fields will be considered.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge in SMS/MMS development and email HTML, CSS, AMPScript, and mobile-responsive coding.
  • Demonstrated understanding of email and text development best practices and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other marketing automation platforms), particularly Journey Builder, Mobile Studio and Automation Studio, and email development tools preferred.
  • Experience in technical audience segmentation, SQL derived query reporting, and A/B testing methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues and leverage advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • General understanding of marketing communication consent management.
  • Understanding of evolving industry trends and compliance requirements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of privacy policies, anti-spam regulations, and email/SMS best practices.
  • Extensive understanding of email and text development best practices and industry standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification must be obtained within one (1) year of hire date.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with other division advertising, communications, consumer experience and public relations activities, as assigned.
  • Coordinates digital communication tactics, including, email and text campaign mapping, deployment and reporting in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Helps manage member communication and subscriber data.
  • Monitors and analyzes Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns and adjusts tactics as needed.
  • Stays informed on email, text and Salesforce Marketing Cloud trends and continually implements best practices accordingly.
