About The Position

Mass General Brigham Digital is hiring an Intern for the Digital Employee Tools team. This role will support internal colleagues, business units, and stakeholders. The position is Monday-Friday, Hybrid, with onsite work included. Mass General Brigham Digital focuses on driving digital innovation and research within the healthcare system, encompassing initiatives like research computing, digital health innovation, and clinical research related to artificial intelligence. The Student Intern will receive academic credit and gain hands-on professional learning experiences specific to the department. The Student Intern is vital to the team and will provide end-user support to various applications used by Finance and Administrative functions across MGB. The applications include Qualtrics (Employee Surveys), Adobe Sign (eSignature), Ellucid (Policy Management), Graduway (Alumni Management), and Microsoft Tools. The role will also assist with the implementation and support of other enterprise tools and processes aimed at improving the employee experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, required; relevant field highly preferred
Exceptional time management, prioritization and organization abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and pivot within scope for business needs
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to take initiative and common goals

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support to various applications currently used by Finance and Administrative functions across MGB.
Assist with the implementation and support of other enterprise tools and processes aimed at improving the employee experience.
