Vans is seeking a Digital Merchandiser to support and execute merchandising strategies across the North America websites (US and Canada) and mobile app. The role focuses on improving customer conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), revenue, and time on site by optimizing product presentation, timing, and combinations. This position involves close collaboration with the digital team (merchants, content authors, retention and operations SMEs) and other departments such as Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning to manage the product lifecycle on site. The role reports into the Director, Digital Merchandising & Content and is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week on-site at the Costa Mesa, CA HQ.
