The company is seeking a Digital Content Producer/Designer to support the Creative Director in delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging brand design across multiple touchpoints. This hands-on role involves shaping and evolving brand identity, and delivering creative content across digital, web, and campaigns, ensuring design output is consistent, scalable, and aligned to brand standards. The role requires working closely with the Creative Director and broader business to deliver design and content across websites, campaigns, and marketing channels, bringing ideas to life from concept to execution and supporting brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency across Figma, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in video production, editing, and animation (portfolio required)
  • Understanding of platform-specific content best practices (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, paid media)
  • Experience working with website platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven experience in a design or content focused role, delivering digital and brand assets across multiple channels
  • Strong hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience creating assets for social, web, and paid media campaigns
  • Experience designing or supporting website builds and updates (e.g. WordPress or Webflow)
  • Experience with video editing or production (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and design systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in motion design, branding, or B2B content
  • Exposure to tools such as Lovable

Responsibilities

  • Support the Creative Director in delivering brand design and content across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Design and optimise website pages, including updates and user experience improvements
  • Create digital assets for paid media, social, and web, aligned to campaign objectives
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of design systems and templates
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver high-quality visual content
  • Support integrated campaigns through design of assets, landing pages, and supporting materials
  • Produce branded collateral including social assets, presentations, event materials, and merchandise
  • Provide creative support for webinars, events, and digital experiences
  • Create and edit video content for campaigns, social, and brand storytelling
  • Ensure all creative aligns with the tone and voice of each brand
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across creative processes, tools, and outputs
