  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and industrial control system security
  • Experience in Agile or project management methodologies
  • Certifications in cloud platforms, building systems, or facilities management (CFM, FMP, Azure/AWS certifications)

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure technology platforms across client facilities including CMMS/IWMS, BMS, IoT sensors, energy management systems, and workplace applications
  • Build integrations between building systems, enterprise platforms (ERP, HR, finance), and operational tools using APIs, middleware, and custom code
  • Develop automation workflows for maintenance scheduling, work order routing, incident management, and service delivery
  • Implement data pipelines to aggregate information from disparate building and operational systems into unified analytics environments
  • Configure dashboards, reporting tools, and visualization platforms for facilities teams and client stakeholders
  • Partner with client stakeholders, facilities managers, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead technical aspects of pilot programs, proof-of-concept initiatives, and enterprise-scale rollouts
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess existing systems, support deployment activities, and troubleshoot integration challenges
