Digital Data and Analytics Intern
About The Position
Barge Design Solutions is seeking a hard-working and dedicated college student for a summer internship to gain valuable work experience in the field of digital data and analytics. This internship offers the opportunity to learn from great mentors and leaders while supporting data collection, preparation, validation, and analysis across business functions. The intern will assist with the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, and use business intelligence and data visualization tools to identify trends and communicate insights. The role also involves supporting the development of data-driven solutions to improve business processes and decision-making, collaborating with team members to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions, and assisting with data documentation, quality review, and process improvement initiatives. The intern will also support Digital team projects, complete project deliverables, and collaborate with team members on new ideas and innovations.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited university
- Major: Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
