This role sits at the intersection of business and analytics, with the Lead Management Analyst acting as a crucial link between these two domains. The primary responsibility of the Digital Data Analyst is to utilize various datasets and develop/maintain services for leads in collaboration with sales and marketing teams, primarily using Power BI. The role also involves participation in projects aimed at enhancing the lead management digital product.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Knowledge of software integration processes and functions; ability to design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
  • Knowledge of software product testing; ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to solve business issues & vulgarize results for a large and diverse audience.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, is able to explain analytics to Product Owners and Software Engineering teams and experience and at the same being able to interact with Data Engineers on technical details.
  • Power BI Experience
  • SQL, Snowflake, Big Query
  • Ability to manipulate data and create meaningful visualization.
  • Aftermarket services understanding.
  • Basic programming skills in any language.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Software Engineering or Data Science OR equivalent working experience
  • Experience with App Dynamics, Google Analytics, or Tableau is a plus
  • Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
  • Advanced programming skills in any language such as Python.
  • Track record of getting things done.
  • Fast learner.
  • Ability to work independently and reach out in a timely and relevant manner.
  • Ability to influence other groups and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and implementing business requirements to benchmark a portfolio of applications.
  • Analyzing feedback and data sets.
  • Providing business recommendations to internal partners based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Improving, enhancing, and developing specific datasets based on opportunities.
  • Driving process improvement and automation of lead generation applications.
  • Coordinating with the Data & BI Team for user data support and training.
