About The Position

Samsung.com is scaling its experimentation and insights practice. We need a data-driven analyst who can run A/B tests, govern data quality, and turn behavior patterns into clear, revenue-growing recommendations across every division (Mobile & Wearables, Home Entertainment, Digital Appliances, B2B).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in digital analytics, CRO, or experimentation for a high-traffic e-commerce site.
  • A/B testing experience with Adobe Target and/or Insider (or similar).
  • Advanced use of GA4 and Adobe Analytics—including explorations, calculated metrics, and segmentation.
  • Demonstrated data-layer management for GA4 (schema design, mapping, validation).
  • SQL/BigQuery proficiency and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Dashboard development in Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
  • Deep familiarity with GTM, tag-debugging tools, and browser/network debuggers.
  • Ability to explain statistical concepts (confidence, lift, p-values) and craft persuasive narratives for non-analysts.
  • Bridge the gap between artistic creative and hard performance data to ensure digital campaigns are built for conversion, not just engagement

Nice To Haves

  • Server-side testing, Adobe Launch, or Tealium iQ experience.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for front-end troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to SEO, paid-media attribution, or product-recommendation engines.
  • Background in consumer electronics or retail e-commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target and Insider—defining hypotheses, sizing audiences, monitoring in-flight results, and presenting statistically sound read-outs.
  • Mine GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CDP datasets to uncover behavioral insights, segment performance (device, traffic source, campaign, division), and translate findings into prioritized optimization recommendations.
  • Design and maintain self-serve dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, automating data pipelines and enforcing metric definitions for stakeholders from squad level to executive.
  • Own Google Tag Manager configurations—creating events, enhanced-e-commerce tracking, and custom dimensions, performing end-to-end QA in dev and prod.
  • Define, document, and manage the GA4-compliant data layer that powers analytics, Adobe Target, and Insider tests, ensuring consistency, privacy compliance, and future scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Merchandising, Development, and Legal teams to ensure experimentation and tagging requirements are embedded in every release.
  • Champion data quality and governance by establishing validation checklists, monitoring discrepancies, and educating stakeholders on best practices.

Benefits

  • The role is a fixed-term contract for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
