The Digital Cutter Operator II is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality labels and related products.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic mechanical and computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience with industrial laser cutting equipment preferred.
Laser cutting, CNC, or manufacturing machine experience preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing or print production environments

Responsibilities

Operator and monitor laser cutting machines to cut, engrave or mark materials.
Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings based on job requirements.
Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules.
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Accurately document production output and report issues to supervision.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
