In this role, you will own a high-volume portfolio of mid-market customers using Sigma to move from static dashboards to live, AI-powered workflows. The role focuses on prioritizing customer engagement using data-driven signals and automation to accelerate adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate churn. You will use scalable engagement models, self-service resources, customer health data, and focused customer meetings to deliver a consistent customer experience. You will also collaborate across Sales, Support, and Product and contribute to reusable playbooks, templates, and resources. This is an in-office position based in Sigma’s New York office. The role has a 25% travel expectation unless otherwise stated. The base salary range is $100,000–$118,000 annually, with variable pay tied to goal achievement, stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
