Cloudflare's Customer Engineering (CE) organization works side-by-side with our Sales teams to guide customers through their digital transformation. Customer Engineers are trusted advisors who help prospects and customers connect Cloudflare's platform to real-world outcomes. Digital Customer Engineers (DCEs) are a specialized part of this team, engaging directly with mid-market and commercial customers across the Asia Pacific region. DCEs run a high-reach, digital-first motion, covering many accounts through demos, discovery calls, scaled onboarding, and 1:many adoption programs. They deliver product demonstrations, conduct discovery sessions, build technical alignment, and ensure customers understand how Cloudflare can solve their challenges at scale. DCEs work primarily through digital channels, collaborating closely with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) across multiple markets to engage new prospects and help existing customers move forward in their journey with Cloudflare.
