The Digital Content Specialist supports the development, organization, production, and maintenance of high-quality digital curriculum. This role combines course data management and content production, ensuring that instructional content is accurately structured, tagged, configured, published, and maintained across curriculum authoring and delivery systems. The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient ingestion of metadata into a proprietary Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and information management in service of structuring digital courses. This role maintains data integrity by validating information, and managing data input processes. The specialist manages course and content data, supports digital production workflows, troubleshoots digital issues, and helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of curriculum throughout its lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with both curriculum and technology, and skilled at understanding how content, metadata, systems, and user experiences connect.
