About The Position

Singlepoint Healthcare is seeking a Digital Health Specialist – Occupational Therapy to create and deliver clinically accurate, engaging digital content and virtual coaching for patients living with MS and related chronic inflammatory conditions. This role is part of a digital care model focused on access, education, and meaningful patient support.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license
• NBCOT certification
• 2–5 years of clinical experience
• Experience with MS, neurologic rehab, ADLs, cognition, fatigue, and energy conservation
• Comfort with virtual patient education, on-camera presentation, and digital content tools

Nice To Haves

• Telehealth compact or multi-state licensure preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and validate OT content for clinical accuracy and safety
• Support content focused on ADLs, fatigue management, cognition, and adaptive equipment
• Record or review scripted education, video, and digital learning content
• Lead live Q&A and office-hours sessions with enrolled patients
• Provide virtual coaching feedback and check-ins through the digital platform
• Partner with PT, RD, mental health, and clinical operations contributors
• Use functional assessment data to individualize patient recommendations
• Escalate clinical risks, red flags, or scope-of-practice concerns as needed
