We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated marketer with a passion for digital content and customer experience. This position will support a fast-paced team and take pride in executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance and optimize the digital journey. You have experience assisting with digital marketing efforts to include email, SMS, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), paid media, and general content website needs. You are comfortable working within established strategies and processes, focusing on accurate, timely, and high-quality execution of content updates, content builds, and optimizations. You are eager to learn - using data to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement with guidance from the Manager, Web & eCommerce. You have a strong eye for detail and are attentive to content quality, user experience, and brand consistency across digital touchpoints. You’re comfortable using content management systems and marketing platforms, and you’re open to expanding your technical skillset as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills allow you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You are dependable, proactive, and take direction well, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. Above all, you bring a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support the Digital team in delivering effective, engaging digital experiences that contribute to Cabot’s overall marketing goals.
