The Digital Content Development Specialist assists with using digital strategies to position the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College as a leader in the areas of education, training and influencing global companies to provide positive benefit to society. These objectives are met through attracting site traffic & integrating technology into marketing, branding and communications strategies that engage and retain the target audience. The individual must have a systemic understanding, appreciation and passion for digital technology including content marketing, email marketing, social networks, community engagement, and SEO (organic and paid). S/he will also play a supporting role in identifying key performance indicators to constantly analyze and measure site and email marketing performance, based on key performance metrics. The key to success will be his/her passion for digital communications & his/her ability to deliver excellent execution of the Center’s digital strategy. Keeping up-to-date on latest technology trends as well as ability to implement a defined strategy into overall communications practices is critical to success.
