About The Position

Glade Optics and Pedal Mafia are performance-driven brands built around passionate communities, premium products, and authentic storytelling. From mountain adventures to life on two wheels, we create experiences that inspire people to get outside, push their limits, and connect through sport. We're looking for a Digital Content Designer to help bring these brands to life through compelling digital content. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to develop engaging visual storytelling across campaigns, social media, email, web, and digital channels. If you're equally comfortable designing a product launch campaign, editing a fast-paced social video, creating motion graphics, and crafting content that resonates with passionate communities, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or creative production
  • A standout portfolio showcasing both exceptional design and video production
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
  • Experience creating content for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, email, and e-commerce
  • Strong skills in typography, composition, motion design, photography, and visual storytelling
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling creative for web, email, social media, paid advertising, retail, and events
  • Produce and edit both short- and long-form video for social, campaigns, product storytelling, and brand initiatives
  • Create motion graphics and animations that elevate engagement and bring ideas to life
  • Develop launch assets, educational content, product storytelling, and lifestyle creative
  • Leverage graphic design skills to support multiple departments delivering compelling creative assets.
  • Help concept, support, and edit photography and video productions
  • Adapt creative across channels while maintaining a consistent brand identity
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize creative based on performance and customer insights
  • Manage creative assets and maintain organized production workflows
  • Balance multiple projects while consistently delivering exceptional creative on deadline
