We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to support the visual storytelling of the MUSIC•TEAM’s artist representation division. This role will be responsible for bringing the MUSIC•TEAM’s cross-disciplinary work across music and marketing to life through compelling, on-brand design and video. If you’re passionate about the intersection of music and culture, this is a strong opportunity to make an impact. These channels represent key areas of our business, so you’ll be expected to develop a strong understanding of our brand, artists, stakeholders and partners. You’ll collaborate closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to create visually engaging content that communicates our voice and elevates our presence across platforms. A major focus of this role will be translating client wins, partnerships, and insights into visually compelling, easy-to-digest creative—ranging from social graphics and infographics to motion and short-form video assets. We operate in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is equally comfortable working independently when needed.
