In addition to content creation, the position includes minor administrative tasks such as registering new equipment, stocking inventory, and maintaining organized records.

Requirements

Proven ability to create engaging digital content (portfolio or examples required).
Strong understanding of social media trends and what performs well.
Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, IG, YouTube, FB) that captures attention and sparks conversation.
Shoot, edit, and publish content that showcases equipment in an appealing and relatable manner.
Develop the Crystal Tractor of Ocala brand to foster follower engagement.
Provide light sales support to convert content into sales.
Register new equipment with manufacturers.
Stock incoming inventory.
Maintain clean records and filing systems.
Manage creative projects to ensure organization and efficiency.
