About The Position

We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator who can make engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, IG, YouTube, FB) that stops the scroll and starts conversations. The role involves shooting, editing, and posting content that highlights heavy equipment, building the Crystal Tractor of Ocala brand, and providing light sales support. Additionally, there are minor administrative tasks such as registering new equipment, stocking inventory, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate lives on social media platforms, can make heavy equipment look cinematic or relatable, and thrives with creative freedom and impact.

Requirements

Proven ability to create engaging digital content (portfolio or examples required).
Strong eye for what performs on social media.
Comfortable with basic computer/Microsoft Office work.
Reliable, positive, and able to handle a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

Already lives on TikTok/IG and knows what performs.
Can make heavy equipment look cinematic or hilariously relatable.
Hates corporate fluff and prefers real, punchy content.
Wants creative freedom and actual impact instead of recycling the same three stock photos.

Responsibilities

Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, IG, YouTube, FB) that stops the scroll and starts conversations.
Shoot, edit, and post content that makes our equipment the coolest thing in Florida.
Build Crystal Tractor of Ocala into a brand people actually follow and engage with.
Provide light sales support so the content created can turn into real deals.
Register new equipment with manufacturers.
Stock in incoming inventory.
Keep clean records and filing.
Stay organized to manage creative chaos.
