This person will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and digital trends. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with technical skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit. They'll develop high-quality assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling while staying ahead of the curve on what's trending.   • Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Keen understanding of social media advertising and awareness
  • Experience in working with different media outlets as well as social media
  • Experience implementing and running Social Media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) as well as understanding SM trends, analytics and rules
  • Understanding of marketing principles and marketing analytics
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills; detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude with the ability to run a project from inception to fruition
  • Excellent time management and understanding of deadlines
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work any shifts and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual and video content for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns
  • Capture, edit, and optimize short-form and long-form video content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Design eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and motion elements to enhance digital content
  • Write engaging and on-brand captions, video scripts, or post copies when needed
  • Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
  • Optimize video formats, sizes, and quality for different digital platforms
  • Manage raw footage, organize media libraries, and ensure projects are properly archived
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, messaging, and tone
  • Maintain a cohesive aesthetic across platforms while keeping content fresh and engaging
  • Adapt content for different audience segments and campaign objectives
  • Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to execute campaigns effectively
  • Take initiative in brainstorming and pitching creative content ideas
  • Use project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com) to track tasks, collaborate with teams, and manage content workflows
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Accept and incorporate feedback to refine content and improve performance
  • Stay updated on content trends, social media algorithms, and emerging digital tools
  • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights
  • Other duties as assigned.
