About The Position

Great stories happen to those who can tell them. We're looking for a Content Creator (aka Brand Storyteller) who lives and breathes short-form video, and occasionally long ones too. Your primary mission? Create scroll-stopping TikTok and Instagram Reels content that drives foot traffic, builds brand loyalty, and sparks real conversation with our community. As a vertically integrated dessert company with our own R&D kitchen, production facility, and restaurant locations - stories are everywhere waiting to be told. It's our R&D chef obsessing over the 37th iteration of a cake recipe to nail the perfect flavour. It’s our server playing the ultimate wingman to a couple on their first date. It’s our architect breathing life into our newest store by finding that one rare wall tile from Amsterdam. These stories already exist. We need you to find them, capture them, and tell them to the world.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), whether professionally, freelance, or for your own brand
  • A strong portfolio or personal account that shows your creative range, editing chops, and ability to generate engagement
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Strong storytelling instincts, you know how to hook someone in the first second and keep them watching
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing objectives
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit our restaurant locations and attend off-site events
  • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and evenings depending on natural business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Photography and photo editing skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish original short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, from brainstorm to post
  • Develop creative content strategies that align with brand campaigns, seasonal launches, new flavour drops, and trending moments
  • Embed yourself across every corner of the business to develop a deep understanding of what we’re testing, perfecting and delivering behind the scenes
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to our brand voice
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign rollouts
  • Visit our locations and store communities to capture authentic in-store content, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer reactions
  • Monitor content performance metrics and use data to refine what works
