The Digital Content & Creative Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and protecting the PopStroke brand across all digital marketing channels, with an emphasis on curating content for all social channels, email marketing and other digital marketing campaigns. This is a highly hands-on player/coach role that combines graphic design, content creation, video production and editing, digital asset management, and brand stewardship. The ideal candidate is a talented designer and content creator who can personally develop compelling creative assets while also serving as the organization's creative gatekeeper—ensuring all marketing materials, social content, email campaigns, digital advertisements, venue collateral, and brand communications remain visually consistent and aligned with PopStroke's brand standards. This role will partner closely with Digital Marketing, Social Media, Operations, Hospitality, and Local Marketing teams to create engaging content while building scalable systems for content collection, asset management, and creative execution across all venues. As the company grows, this position may evolve into a leadership role with responsibility for managing additional creative resources and content specialists.
