Digital Content Coordinator & Chief Website Editor | Titan Universe | Student Assistant
About The Position
Under direct supervision, the student Assistant will assist staff with repurposing content strategy across Titan TV, Titan Radio, and Titan Universe. This role involves coordinating with editors, producers, and team leads to source usable content, planning weekly multi-platform rollouts of repackaged media, and assisting staff with assigning or requesting edits and following up on delivery timelines. The assistant will also help maintain a content tracker or calendar for reuse and reposts, work with the Marketing/Social Media team to align timing and platform formats, and review content for platform fit (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student.
- Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated), or who is registered for the subsequent semester.
- In good academic standing (not on academic probation, continued probation, academic dismissal).
- Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.
- Ability to learn and perform assigned work
- Ability to follow oral instructions
- Ability to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Ability to read and write English at a level appropriate to the position.
