The Marketing and Communications Team at Greenwich House is seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally savvy Digital Content and Storytelling Manager to lead storytelling and content development across the organization’s social media channels and website. This role will shape how Greenwich House tells its story online, bringing our programs, community members, and impact to life through engaging digital content. The Digital Content and Storytelling Manager will develop and execute a digital storytelling strategy that strengthens audience engagement, grows our online presence, and highlights the people and programs at the heart of our mission. Working across programs in health, human services, education, and the arts, the Digital Content and Storytelling Manager will identify compelling stories and translate them into high-quality content across platforms—including social media, web features, photography, and video.
