Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Communications, the Content & Storytelling Specialist is responsible for capturing and sharing the stories that showcase the people, projects, and culture that make our organization unique. Through authentic storytelling and behind-the-scenes access to our projects and people, this role will strengthen our employer brand, support recruitment efforts, and increase awareness of our work, capabilities, and culture. The Content Specialist regularly travels to project sites across Ontario to create visual and written content, conduct interviews, document project milestones, and develop engaging stories for internal and external audiences. Working closely with operations leaders, project teams, Talent Acquisition, and Communications, they will identify opportunities to showcase the impact of our people and the complexity of the work we deliver every day. Using stories gathered from the field, the Content Specialist will develop employee communications, newsletters, SharePoint content, and other communications that drive engagement, celebrate successes, and strengthen connections across the organization. The ideal candidate is a curious, self-starting storyteller and skilled content creator who thrives in a dynamic environment, builds strong relationships, uncovers authentic stories, and creates impactful visual and written content that resonates with employees, prospective candidates, clients, and industry audiences.
