About The Position

ICBC is seeking an experienced Digital Content Advisor to lead digital content initiatives that improve the customer experience across our websites and online services. We're looking for a strategic and collaborative content professional with expertise in user experience, content strategy and digital communications, and experience working in large, complex organizations and/or the public sector. In this role, you'll lead large-scale content initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Business Advisors, to create clear, accessible and user-focused digital experiences. This role does not work on social media content. No two weeks are the same. One week, you might be developing UX content for a new online service. The next, you could be creating a landing page for a customer campaign, leading a content audit with subject matter experts, or identifying opportunities to improve the experience on icbc.com. If you're passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences, enjoy solving complex content challenges and have a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the people of B.C.
