Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks. The Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design and delivery of end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and scalable system architecture. This role involves guiding clients through implementation and transformation initiatives, including requirements analysis, solution design, integration strategy, data migration, testing oversight, and post‑go‑live optimization. The Solution Architect serves as a subject matter expert across all HCM modules, translating complex business needs into cohesive, future‑state designs while ensuring adherence to Oracle best practices and enterprise standards. Additionally, this role requires strong cross-functional leadership to coordinate functional and technical teams, provide architectural governance, and guide integration across HCM, ERP, and third-party systems. The architect is also responsible for developing roadmaps, advising on process improvements and system capabilities, and mentoring team members, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
  • Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership
  • Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges

Responsibilities
