We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements, as well as experience with US payroll processes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign, and will be able to support payroll transformation or standardization initiatives. This position involves direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently to drive solution delivery.
