About The Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements, as well as experience with US payroll processes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign, and will be able to support payroll transformation or standardization initiatives. This position involves direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently to drive solution delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations
• Strong functional expertise in: Oracle Payroll (US), 401(k) configuration and processing, Retro payroll and payroll adjustments, Leave of Absence (LOA), Payroll costing setup, Absence Management, Core HR, Benefits
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements
• Experience with US payroll processes and regulations
• Deep knowledge of US Benefits domain
• Experience with third-party benefits / 401(k) providers
• Payroll integration with external vendors
• Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards
• Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign
• Experience supporting payroll transformation or standardization initiatives
• Benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates)
• Handling complex eligibility and deduction scenarios
• Experience with multi-vendor benefits landscape
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive solution delivery

Responsibilities

• Ability to independently handle requirements, design, and solutioning onsite/remote
• Direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Strong involvement in payroll and benefits end-to-end implementation cycles
