About The Position

Huron is hiring a Senior Director to lead Oracle healthcare consulting engagements and help healthcare organizations improve operations, clinical outcomes, consumer experiences, and engagement. The role works with Huron and client senior leaders to design and implement solutions, deliver engagement objectives, build lasting client relationships, and support additional project opportunities. The Senior Director provides strategic direction for enterprise Oracle implementations and transformation programs, leading teams and communicating with executives and stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations. The role requires willingness to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in information technology or consulting.
Significant experience leading enterprise Oracle implementations and transformation programs, with responsibility for program strategy, solution direction, delivery, and executive client relationships.
Deep healthcare industry experience.
Demonstrated experience leading Oracle implementations in healthcare provider environments.
Understanding of the operational, financial, regulatory, integration, and technology considerations affecting health systems.
Experience working with senior healthcare executives and business leaders to develop scalable Oracle-enabled solutions.
Strong knowledge of Oracle enterprise applications and ability to provide strategic leadership across one or more Oracle Cloud solution areas, such as ERP/Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM, or PPM.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional implementation programs with multiple Oracle workstreams and enterprise application integrations.
Understanding of complex healthcare technology ecosystems and how Oracle enterprise solutions interact with provider operations and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or an IT-related field.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

Provider-side healthcare experience supporting hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, or other complex healthcare delivery organizations.
Provider-side healthcare experience is preferred over experience limited primarily to health plans or payers.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise Oracle implementations and transformation programs, including program strategy, solution direction, and delivery.
Work with senior healthcare executives and business leaders to translate organizational strategy and operational requirements into scalable Oracle-enabled solutions.
Lead complex, cross-functional implementation programs involving multiple Oracle workstreams and integrations with other enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to design and implement solutions that achieve engagement objectives.
Build enduring client relationships and contribute to additional project opportunities.
Lead teams and communicate effectively with clients, junior staff, and management.
