Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Payroll module.
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead with proven experience implementing the Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions that deliver results and seamlessly align with client goals, visions and missions.
  • Mentor junior staff on the engagement team, sharing expertise, feedback, and encouragement.
  • Guide clients through end‑to‑end implementation activities, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing cycles, cutover activities, and post go‑live support.
  • Effectively manage and mentor junior and/or offshore resources supporting the payroll module implementation.
  • Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
  • Contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
